Rinaz Proper Consult Co Ltd (RPCL) is a Multisectoral focused consulting firm with diverse technical offerings and a wide geographic reach. It is a limited liability Company incorporated under Cap 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Company is duly registered with a Certificate of Incorporation under the Companies Act, 2002 on 14th February, 2023 vide Certificate of Incorporation No.163283816 in the name of Rinaz Proper Consult Co Ltd.

Who we are

RPCL is an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by highly qualified and experienced Tanzanian professionals comprising of four Directors of long standing experience in the field of Property Valuation, Fixed Asset Register & Codification, Property Management & Space Marketing, Land Administration, Collateral Management & Auction and Mortgage registration.

RPCL boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 50 professional associates countrywide and 8 supporting staffs at HQ.

Of the four Directors who are also shareholders of the Company, three are professional Fully Registered Valuers (FRVs) by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB), also licensed by the same Board to practice Valuation.

To supplement its consultancy services, RPCL also outsources services from other independent specialists from the general public as and when the need for such multidisciplinary approach arises.

Tax Compliance:
RPCL is a tax compliant firm. The firm is registered with the Tanzania Revenue Authority with Tax Identification (TIN) No. 163283816 of 14th February, 2023 and granted Business License No. BL 01396912022-230001937 for consultancy in real estate services.

Membership in Professional Bodies:
RPCL is registered by the Valuers’s Registration Board-Tanzania (VRB) to practice consultancy in valuation services in Tanzania with the Reg.No VRB/CRN/067/2023.

RPCL is registered by the Association of Real Estate Professionals of Tanzania (AREPTA) and awarded with the Membership Certificate No. C.118 to practice real estate activities.
