Who we are

RPCL is an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by highly qualified and experienced Tanzanian professionals comprising of four Directors of long standing experience in the field of Property Valuation, Fixed Asset Register & Codification, Property Management & Space Marketing, Land Administration, Collateral Management & Auction and Mortgage registration. RPCL boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 50 professional associates countrywide and 8 supporting staffs at HQ. Of the four Directors who are also shareholders of the Company, three are professional Fully Registered Valuers (FRVs) by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB), also licensed by the same Board to practice Valuation. To supplement its consultancy services, RPCL also outsources services from other independent specialists from the general public as and when the need for such multidisciplinary approach arises.
